Apologies for the delay in getting this episode out there. I’ve been swamped in practice, with Practice Evolution PRIME and with 4 healthy births in the office in the last 3 weeks! Such is the life of a family chiropractor. Notwithstanding, I know you’ll enjoy this great episode with Dr Wendi Rodgers. In this interview, Dr Wendi and I go back to basics, talking about her experiences as a chiropractor delivering her children at home, checking and adjusting them at birth and how those experiences have shaped her as a doctor.
Biography: Dr Wendi Rodgers graduated from NYCC April 1996. After graduation she associated with two different offices. In September 1999 she opened her own practice in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, which is in Bergen County about 30 miles west of New York City. She began the ICA Pediatric Council diplomate program in 2005. After 360+ hours, multiple written exams and a board exam, she received my Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DICCP) from the ICA Pediatric Council in December 2008. Her practice is primarily pediatric and prenatal, but are not limited to that because we love caring for the whole family.
She’s married with 3 children, two of which were born at home. The third was a hospital birth with only her husband and midwife. Her children were adjusted just minutes after they were born. Chiropractic is a lifestyle for her family.
