In today’s episode Dr Jen and I talk about the trials and miracles of being a chiropractic kiddo turned family chiropractor. We discuss the differences between traditional pediatric health care and pediatric chiropractic care, the blessings that come with being pooped on every day and the differences between a family chiropractic office and a day care facility.
Biography: Dr. Jen Santos, D.C., C.A.C.C.P. graduated with honors from Life West in 2013. She has been practicing for 3 years in Petaluma, Ca. She and her husband have a practice where they focus on young families, pregnancy care, infants and kiddos. As well as being in full time practice, Dr. Jen is part time faculty at Life Chiropractic College West. She is the only chiropractor in Sonoma county who has completed a postgraduate program through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Jen is considered a 2nd generation chiropractor as her dad is a practicing doctor of chiropractic as well. She received her first chiropractic adjustment when she was 45 minutes old. She desires to normalize chiropractic for pregnancy and infants. The youngest baby Dr. Jen has every adjusted was 14 minutes old.
